TruckSafeIQ Start with a free record check

Your back office, run by a team of AI agents built for trucking.

You did not get into trucking to sit in an office. Our agents handle the paperwork side of your company, the logs, the filings, the renewals, so the hours you get back go to driving and growing. Built for one to five truck companies.

You reach the office by email. No software to learn.

The ceiling

Every truck you add multiplies the paperwork

One truck means one set of logs, filings, and renewal dates. A second truck doubles all of it. A third truck triples it. The driving scales. The office work scales faster.

Right now, you are the whole office

The logs get reviewed after midnight, if they get reviewed. The filing gets answered between loads. Nothing about that is your fault. It is what happens when one person is the driver, the dispatcher, and the back office at the same time.

Admin hours are hours the truck is parked

Every hour spent reconciling a log or chasing a renewal is an hour the truck is not earning. The bigger your company gets, the more those hours cost you.

The three bad options

Do it all yourself, forever

That is the midnight option. It works until the company grows, and then it is the thing that stops the growth.

Hire office help

A part-time office hire costs real money every month, on margins that are already thin. Most one to five truck companies cannot justify the hire, so the work lands back on the owner.

Build AI tools yourself

Agents can do this work. Building and running them yourself is a second trade, with its own learning curve and its own upkeep. You did not sign up for that trade. You signed up to run a trucking company.

The guide

We built the agents. You get the back office.

TruckSafeIQ is a team of AI agents built for trucking work specifically: what a log violation looks like, what FMCSA asks for, when a renewal is coming due.

The team runs as your back office. The recurring admin gets handled and kept current. When something needs your eyes, you hear about it in plain English. When something needs your signature, it arrives prepared.

You reach the office by email. No software to learn.

How it works

1. Tell us what your weeks actually look like

The filings you answer. The logs you review. The renewals you track. Send it in plain words. You can describe your whole paperwork load in one email.

2. Your agents take the recurring work

The office takes the repeating jobs off your plate and keeps them current. Logs get reviewed. Renewal dates get watched. Your federal record gets checked. When the office finds a problem in your logs or your record, it tells you in plain English what it is and what it means.

3. You drive, and add work when you are ready to grow

Start with one job. Hand the office more as you see what it does. When you add a truck, hand the office that truck's paperwork too. The back office grows with the fleet. No new hire, no new system to learn.

A note from the office

SAMPLE. This is an example of the note the office sends when work is done. It is not from a real job.

Subject: Your logs and your record this week

Your logs for the week are reviewed. The cleanup is in the copies attached, with every change listed. One entry could be read as a violation if an inspector sees it the hard way. The note explaining it is in your file, ready if you ever need it.

Your biennial update comes due next month. The filled form is attached, ready for your signature. Nothing else needs you this week.

The desks

The team is organized the way your paperwork is. Each desk has one job.

The Logs Desk

Send your logs. The desk reviews them, cleans up the record of the week, and flags anything that could turn into a violation so you can deal with it while it is still a note in your file.

The DataQs Desk: $49 a packet

A roadside violation that is wrong follows your record for years. The desk builds the challenge packet file-ready, with the facts laid out and the rule cited. You submit it.

The Filings and Renewals Desk

Biennial updates, renewals, the filings with dates attached. The desk prepares them and keeps track of what is due, so a deadline stops being something you have to remember at midnight.

The Record Watch Desk: $39 a month

The desk keeps checking your federal record. When something new posts, you get an email in plain English that says what it is and what it means. No news means a short note that says so. The first record check is free.

The Packets Desk: $399

If your company is rated Conditional, FMCSA needs a corrective action filing under 49 CFR 385.17. The desk builds that packet from your own record, ready in 48 hours. If FMCSA asks for more on what we filed, one follow-up round is included at no extra charge.

New carriers get audited in their first year. The new-entrant readiness packet is $399. The desk gets your records and files in shape before the auditor asks. When the audit comes, your paperwork is already in order.

Anything else on your plate

If it is trucking paperwork, ask. Custom work is quoted in the reply before anything starts. Your first small job is $25, so you can see how the office works before you hand it anything bigger.

What changes when the office is handled

Your hours go back to driving

The recurring paperwork stops coming out of your nights. The week runs on the road, where it earns.

Your records stay current

Logs reviewed. Filings prepared on time. Your federal record checked and explained. When a problem shows up in your logs, you hear about it from your own office, with the facts attached.

You can add a truck without adding an office

Growth stops being a paperwork decision. Each new truck's paperwork joins the same office. No new hire, no new system to learn.

What we do not promise

  • FMCSA decides your rating, not us. The office prepares the filing your record supports, with the facts laid out and the rule cited. Nobody can promise you an upgrade, and anybody who does is guessing with your money.
  • Government timelines are government timelines. Agency decisions and filing responses run 30 to 60 days, sometimes longer. Anyone who quotes you a faster date is guessing too.
  • We are not attorneys. This is a back office that knows trucking paperwork. It is not legal advice.
  • We never ask for your passwords. Anything that legally needs your own signature or your own login, the office prepares in full and you file it yourself.

Questions

Do I need to learn any software?

No. There is no app, no login, and no dashboard. You reach the office by email, the way you already run half your company. If you can send an email from your phone, you can use this office.

Who are the agents? Is this built for trucking or for any business?

The agents are AI, built for trucking work: logs, FMCSA records, filings, renewals, DataQs. This office does not do taxes for restaurants or invoices for dentists. It does the paperwork of running a trucking company, and that is all it does.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing to look. Your first record check is free, and it tells you where you stand. Your first small job is $25. Set work like DataQs packets and corrective-action packets has a flat price, listed above. Anything custom gets quoted in the reply before work starts, and the price you approve is the price you pay.

Can it grow if I add trucks?

Yes. That is the point of it. The office takes on each new truck's logs, filings, and renewals as part of the same setup. Added trucks mean added work, and that work gets quoted in the reply before anything starts. You do not hire office staff and you do not learn a new system each time the fleet grows.

What can't the office do?

It cannot sign for you, log in as you, or make FMCSA decide faster. It cannot give legal advice. Anything that legally needs your signature or your login, the office prepares completely and you file it. Every job comes back itemized: what was done, what it is waiting on, and what is yours to file.

Who do I talk to?

The office, by email. The agents do the recurring work in the background. When you write in, you get an answer in plain English, and anything that needs your decision comes to you as a decision, not a form.
